Westcoast Warehouse Driver Check-in Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the text messages (SMS) that Westcoast Warehousing & TruckingLLC (“Westcoast Warehouse,” “we,” “us”) sends to drivers who check in at our facilities in Compton, California.
Program description
When you enter your own mobile number at our driver check-in kiosk and agree to receive texts, we send you messages about your visit, such as a confirmation that your check-in was received and the dock assignment for your load. Messages are service notifications only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number in the check-in form at the kiosk. The form shows a notice that by entering your number, you agree to receive texts about your check-in and dock assignment. Entering a number is optional. You can check in without it.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You should expect about two messages per visit: one confirming your check-in and one with your dock assignment.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for these messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message, and then no more texts from us unless you opt in again at the kiosk. You can also tell a Westcoast Warehouse representative or contact us using the details below.

Replies are not monitored
The number that sends these texts is not monitored by a person. We cannot read or answer replies other than STOP and HELP. For questions about your check-in or dock assignment, please speak with a Westcoast Warehouse representative or call 310-635-9938.
Supported carriers
Text messages may be delivered through major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are notliable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery
Delivery of messages is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and signal. Dock assignments may also be given to you in person or by a Westcoast Warehouse representative, so please do not rely only on text messages.
Privacy
We protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, orrent mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the program after changes means you accept them.
